About the RoleThe Account Executive, Global role at Rippling presents a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious sales professional to manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating a strategic sales process. This role will be instrumental in establishing Rippling as a market leader across APAC, working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's Global capabilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team
- Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
- Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Rippling employees work on a Hybrid Office Model - 3 days per week in the office.
