Global Payroll Account Executive

About the RoleThe Account Executive, Global role at Rippling presents a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious sales professional to manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating a strategic sales process. This role will establish Rippling as a market leader in APAC, working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in SaaS markets, with experience selling B2B solutions. They will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, outbound excellence, and managing pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's Global capabilities
- Outbound excellence to define and execute on a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team
- Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
- Managing pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B solutions
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
- Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
Rippling employees work on a Hybrid Office Model - 3 days per week in the office.
