About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team at UMENCO.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale operations, with a focus on expanding our network of key accounts and driving seasonal sales to meet financial targets.

As a Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing our wholesale operations in Australia and internationally, leading global showroom operations, and collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams.

You will craft and implement strategic initiatives to amplify wholesale revenue and market presence, while maintaining existing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead global showroom operations, including appointment scheduling and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape promotional campaigns and refine product assortments.
  • Mentor a sales coordinator and manage a small team.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide comprehensive reports to inform strategic decision-making.
