About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan HR2O Asia Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building relationships with regular buyers, and providing excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and build relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop owners
  • Provide excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
  • Maximise sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
  • Send personalised text and email recommendations
  • Respond to emails and answer phone calls, following up on orders
  • Process orders and create invoices
  • Provide feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
  • Merchandise the showroom and front window mannequin displays
  • Achieve set weekly/monthly KPIs
Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
  • Possess excellent communication and people skills
  • Have the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
  • Proven sales experience
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude

You are required to have at least 2 years of customer service/sales experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate beyond measure, an all-rounder that is willing to learn with enthusiasm and possesses a strong work ethic. Someone who also consistently brings new ideas to the table and strives to achieve their goals.
