Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan HR2O Asia Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building relationships with regular buyers, and providing excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts and build relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop owners
- Provide excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
- Maximise sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
- Send personalised text and email recommendations
- Respond to emails and answer phone calls, following up on orders
- Process orders and create invoices
- Provide feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
- Merchandise the showroom and front window mannequin displays
- Achieve set weekly/monthly KPIs
- Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
- Possess excellent communication and people skills
- Have the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
- Proven sales experience
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
You are required to have at least 2 years of customer service/sales experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate beyond measure, an all-rounder that is willing to learn with enthusiasm and possesses a strong work ethic. Someone who also consistently brings new ideas to the table and strives to achieve their goals.
