About this opportunity

PACT Packaging is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities for packaging closures and specialties products through engagement of existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our customers are supported actively and with ongoing relationships in mind
  • Conduct regular review meetings
  • Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies for processed foods
  • Prepare and present reporting and analysis on business activity, performance against targets and market industry opportunities
  • Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business
  • Represent the customers 'voice' within the business and ensure their excellent experience throughout PACT
  • Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance and production for the external issue of specifications for customer approval

  • Experience in sales management and astute commercial acumen
  • Resilience with a strong desire to achieve, operational excellence and delivery of agreed growth objectives
  • Strategic and collaborative approach that embeds and harnesses commitment to customer value and service excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes is highly beneficial
  • Enthusiasm and solutions provision in your Account Management
  • Demonstrated commitment and belief of Safety in the workplace and working 'Toward Zero Harm'
