We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Development Specialist to drive the creation and delivery of high-quality proposals that meet customer needs.

This key role involves leading the development of detailed, customized proposals for Industrial Automation, Networks, and Cybersecurity Services. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer specifications and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions and provide cost estimates considering materials, labour, and project-related expenses. Additionally, they will ensure accuracy in all technical content and collaborate with quality assurance to meet internal standards.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective proposal development.
  • Analyse customer specifications and industry best practices to develop tailored proposals.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal/project engineering within industrial automation.
  • Technical knowledge of automation technologies (PLCs, DCS, drives).
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin analysis.
