Our organization is seeking a highly experienced mining professional to lead the operational readiness of our West Musgrave project. As the appointed Mine Manager, you will play a key role in preparing the organization to commission and operate the mine, site, and wider business.

This challenging and multi-faceted role requires strong leadership capabilities, innovative thinking, and a proven track record in integrated operations planning environments.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in optimizing safe operations performance in autonomous mining fleet environments, as well as expertise in operating in an environment with remote operations control.

A degree-qualified Mining Engineer or significant experience managing mine operations at various organizational levels is essential.

Additionally, adaptive leadership capability, authentic and influential approach, delivery focus, and a keen interest in collaborating and innovating to get the work done are crucial for success in this role.
