We are seeking an accomplished Geology Manager to lead our mine geology function across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust grade control systems tailored to each site's needs.

  • Build high-performing geology teams through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Oversee mine reconciliation and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous).
  • 10+ years' mine geology experience, with 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong background in open pit gold mining, including proven skills in grade control, mine reconciliation, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with willingness to travel to site as required.
