Talented Early Careers Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the full life cycle of Clerkship and Graduate programs.
As a skilled Early Careers professional, you will be responsible for reviewing, attracting, assessing and coordinating Early Careers applicants, building and delivering engaging recruitment campaigns, and managing on-boarding processes.
Key attributes and skills required include:
- 3-5 years' experience in generalist HR or recruitment;
- Strong knowledge of the graduate employment market;
- Experience designing clerkship or graduate programs is highly advantageous;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Learning and Development is highly regarded;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills;
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment;
- A passion for building relationships and connecting talented individuals with career opportunities;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence through results and credibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and be able to contribute to various initiatives related to Graduate recruitment and selection, employer branding, social media projects, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, as well as on-boarding and streamlining systems.
