As Early Careers Advisor your role will be to attract, develop and retain a pipeline of early careers talent, with a particular focus on Jetstar's Graduate Program. Your focus will be to engage with various stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a Graduate Program that includes meaningful rotations aligned to specific career paths and various initiatives all designed to fast track the development of Jetstar's future leaders. You will enjoy a broad focus on all things early careers, including coordination of our work experience program and engagement with schools and university partners, ensuring that our Inclusion and Diversity targets are front of mind across all initiatives.

Your new areas of focus

As Early Careers Advisor your focus will include:

- Design and delivery of the Graduate Program stream and rotations, working with key stakeholders to ensure that rotations are aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives of the program at met
- Planning and coordination of cyclical graduate events across two years of the program focused on development, engagement, mentoring and coaching and building organisational awareness
- Coordination of the Annual Graduate Recruitment Campaign, supported by the wider Jetstar Talent Team and HR community
- Maintaining relationships with secondary school and university partners, developing a plan to attend key careers and networking events as to raise Jetstar's profile as an employer of choice amongst of student communities
- Acting as the key point of contact for Graduates and Rotation Managers, including regular catch ups and coaching
- Continuously assessing and improving our early careers initiatives, bringing creative ideas and ensuring that the program contributes to our broad Organisational Development (OD) strategy.

This opportunity would suit someone that enjoys business partnering, program management and facilitation, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration with the Graduate cohorts, Rotation Managers and Human Resources Business Partners.

We're on the hunt for someone who:

- Enjoys managing projects and programs, from inception through to delivery
- Is able to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport at all levels of leadership
- Brings knowledge of generalist human resources disciplines, including experience to talent acquisition coupled with a genuine interest in talent management and inclusion and diversity
- A creative thinker - able to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills with sufficient knowledge and experience to autonomously facilitate a campaign recruitment process
- Ideally previous experience with Graduates and the Graduate Program
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field.
