This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an experienced Early Careers specialist. The role involves developing a structured pipeline of early talent into our organization. You will be responsible for attraction, recruitment & selection, learning & development, and engagement of early career professionals. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to bring our early talent programs to life and see our graduates, interns, and apprentices thrive.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit for Early Career Programs across multiple locations
  • Be the face of our organization at early career events across Australia
  • Partner with the Organisation Capability & Learning Team on the planning and delivery of learning and development programs
  • Act as the contact person for managers handling all enquiries on early career matters and resolving issues
  • Keep up with the latest data bringing external insights and market knowledge to internal stakeholders
  • Drive the D&I strategy through Career Trackers, Clontarf, and various STEM outreach programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will bring passion and enthusiasm for helping early talent find a career path in our organization. Experience in campus, early careers, or graduate recruitment coupled with broad HR knowledge will help you succeed. You are a team player who has a can-do attitude that turns ideas into tangible results.
- Demonstrated Project management or volume recruitment experience
- Experience with talent management and working with/developing early-in-career professionals
- Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
- The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
