Early Careers Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a skilled Early Careers Talent Consultant to lead our national early careers strategies and advise senior leaders on market trends and recruitment best practices.

  1. Develop and implement innovative talent attraction programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute social media campaigns targeting Gen Z talent.
  3. Represent the organization at industry events and award programs to promote our employer brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in early careers, graduate recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven track record of using data-driven approaches to drive decision-making and program evaluation.
