We currently have a 12-moth fixed term contract for an experienced Early Careers specialist. Our Early Careers Partner is responsible for developing a structured pipeline of early talent into Thales Australia. This role will have full responsibility of the early talent portfolio from attraction, recruitment & selection, learning & development through to engagement. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to bring our early talent programs to life and see our graduates, interns and apprentices thrive at Thales

**Key responsibilities:
- Recruit for Early Career Programs (Graduates, Internships and Apprentices) across multiple locations
- Be the face of Thales at early career events across Australia
- Partner with the Organisation Capability & Learning Team on the planning and delivery of learning and development programs
- Act as the contact person for managers handling all enquiries on early career matters and resolving issues
- Keep up with the latest data bringing external insights and market knowledge to internal stakeholders
- Drive the D&I strategy through Career Trackers, Clontarf and various STEM outreach programs

**You will bring passion and enthusiasm for helping early talent find a career path at Thales. Experience in campus, early careers or graduate recruitment coupled with broad HR knowledge will help you succeed. You are a team player who has a can do attitude that turns ideas into tangible results
- Demonstrated Project management or volume recruitment experience
- Experience with talent management and working with/developing early-in-career professionals
- Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
- The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
