About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing relationships with some of Australia's largest and most complex healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and Grow Key Accounts: Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with enterprise healthcare customers, ensuring we are a trusted partner across their operations.
  • Drive Growth Opportunities: Identify, influence, and deliver new business opportunities—from product expansion to new partnerships.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align our solutions with strategic business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, partnerships, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of enterprise customers inside our organisation, shaping product evolution and service delivery.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews with key accounts, using data and insights to drive retention and growth.
  • Innovation & Integration: Influence and co-create solutions with partners and internal teams, ranging from complex integrations to enterprise onboarding models.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably with enterprise health customers or financial services experience.
  • A keen interest in process improvement and optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people management skills in a sales or account management function.
  • A tertiary business or health-related qualification is highly regarded.
