Job Title: Infrastructure Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Projects Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering minor works and building projects across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and proven ability in delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to work health and safety and experience in the application of work health and safety audit requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and provide project milestone reports at a senior level to stakeholders.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Proven skills in problem solving, including the ability to interpret building codes and building plans.
  • Competent in hazard management and development of safety procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Hold a current white card and drivers licence – with the willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.

Key Requirements:

  • Australian accredited or recognised tertiary qualification in engineering.
  • At least three years of equivalent work experience in project management and delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
