The successful candidate will have strong project coordination skills and experience in telecommunications or civil construction, with a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion and meet project milestones.
- Work Package Management: Oversee the management of work packages, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring systems are accurately updated and reconciled in accordance with construction progress.
- Traffic Management and Council Approvals: Coordinate traffic management and obtain necessary council approvals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Defect Closure and Site Restoration: Oversee defect closure and site restoration to ensure high-quality outcomes and meet customer expectations.
- Procurement and Financial Reconciliation: Support procurement and financial reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Safety Inspections and Toolbox Talks: Participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment and identify areas for improvement.
