About This Role
  • Oversee the maintenance of civil infrastructure and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies and adhere to WHS regulations.
  • Develop comprehensive scopes of work, manage requests for quotation, and oversee vendor processes.
  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
  • Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in civil construction, infrastructure maintenance, or local government projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of WHS regulations, contract management, and civil infrastructure.
  • Bonus: Local government experience highly regarded.
  • Must have: A valid Class C driver's license.
