Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate cost estimation and control.
  • Coordinate traffic management and council approvals to minimize project delays.
  • Oversee defect closure and site restoration to maintain high-quality project deliverables.
  • Support procurement and financial reconciliation to ensure project financial stability.
  • Participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learnt workshops to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Civil Engineering Degree or Construction Management qualification.
  • Relevant experience in telecommunications or civil construction.
  • Exposure to field operations and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
