Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Provide personalized information on local area attractions and activities, showcasing the best of our destinations.
  • Ensure all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and delivering a exceptional experience.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
