Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Interface Manager to manage interface within our growing Substation team.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a key role in ensuring effective relationships with third parties, managing requirements of third party agreements, and driving commercial assessments of changes imposed by external stakeholders.

  • Lead third party interfaces with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage requirements of third party agreements and reporting tools to exhibit compliance.
  • Engage with the Project Delivery Team to manage communication with third parties and present upcoming works in a succinct manner.
  • Liaise with Network Operator, client, internal delivery arms, and support services to ensure energy supplier connections meet electrical standards and designs.
  • Develop contractual letters for third parties and end-clients as required and capture meeting minutes with each third party.
  • Produce and maintain standardized documents and regular reporting to stakeholders reflecting key issues, resolutions, and performance.
