Key Responsibilities

  • Promote seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead third-party interfaces with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants, building relationships through project delivery.
  • Manage requirements of third-party agreements and reporting tools to ensure compliance, particularly during project delivery gates (design to commissioning).

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage interface within our growing team. This role will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Effective management of third-party agreements and reporting tools.
  • Seamless communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Delivery of projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical equipment, preferably in substations.
  • Exposure to OEM suppliers both locally and internationally.
  • Understanding of Australian standards for electrical equipment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.
