Electrical Interface OEM Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Interface OEM Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants.
  • Assist in the development and management of third-party agreements and reporting tools.
  • Liaise with the Project Delivery Team to ensure that energy supplier connections meet project requirements.
  • Engage with OEM suppliers and subcontractors to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure that the requirements of third-party agreements are disseminated to relevant Network Operator team members.
  • Contribute to the procurement and ongoing supplier relationships for substation electrical equipment.
  • Develop contractual letters for third parties and end-clients.
  • Maintain effective relationships with third parties to avoid disputes and commercial compensation claims.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical equipment, preferably in Substations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of layout and primary equipment for substation projects up to 500kV.
  • Proficient with various software tools, such as AutoCAD and ETAP.
