Electrical Interface Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Interface Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The role will involve building relationships with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants, as well as engaging with project delivery teams to ensure energy supplier connections meet requirements. The successful candidate will also assist with third-party agreements and reporting tools, and develop solutions to minimize impact to third parties while maintaining commercially effective project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Build relationships with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants
  • Engage with project delivery teams to ensure energy supplier connections meet requirements
  • Assist with third-party agreements and reporting tools
  • Develop solutions to minimize impact to third parties while maintaining commercially effective project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical equipment, ideally in Substations
  • Skills:
  • Problem solving / analytical skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of layout and primary equipment for substation projects up to 500kV
  • Proficient with various software tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, etc
