Electrical Interface Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Interface Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with OEM suppliers, clients and consultants, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with OEM suppliers, clients and consultants
  • Liaise with the Project Delivery Team to ensure energy supplier connections meet the requirements set out in various electrical standards, designs and processes
  • Assist in the procurement and ongoing management of supplier relationships for all substation electrical equipment
  • Contribute to the project schedule of works and progress monitoring throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical equipment, ideally in Substations
  • Strong problem solving / analytical skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of layout and primary equipment for substation projects up to 500kV
  • Proficient with various software tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, etc
