
Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
This is a full-time role with flexible hours during school term weeks and additional paid leave. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Managing incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Providing information and support to clients, ensuring an outstanding experience
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk
- SUPPORTING AND CARING FOR STUDENTS IN OUR HEALTH CENTRE
The requirements for this role include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial
