Job Title: Asset Management Analyst
This position involves managing and governing asset data to support the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure that assets are managed and data is accurate.
Key Responsibilities:- Data management and governance to ensure data accuracy and detail.
- Provision and maintenance of accurate data within asset databases and IT systems.
- Building and maintaining reports and procedures to detect and resolve inconsistencies in asset databases.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure asset management procedures are followed and refined.
- Conducting asset audits through site inspections.
- Ensuring asset management deliverables are fully aligned within the scope of contracts.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction.
- Experience in asset management, including accurate data entry, extraction, and cleansing.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, and Power Query).
- Xtraction queries and dashboards.
- BMC Remedy experience and specific experience in radio, console, and network infrastructure asset management are beneficial but not mandatory.
