Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Governance Specialist. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee master data. As a key member of our Data Team, you will be responsible for managing and validating data related aspects of the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in HRIS data entry and management, a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, and payroll data dependencies. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidentially manage sensitive employee data.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the correct legal entity, cost centre, and cost group are allocated during position creation compliance. You will also conduct audits and data validation checks to proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field, and/or equivalent breadth of experience. They will also possess proficiency in MS Office Suite and Company IT applications, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
