This role involves providing consulting and support to customers using Actian products in mission-critical settings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and delivering Data Governance, Integration, and Management projects
  • Solving complex problems with urgency and diligence
  • Implementing solutions to utilize Actian products and meet customer needs and goals
  • Maintaining current skills related to Actian products and standard industry tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Creating required documentation for activities such as client support, bug reports, and unit test plans

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and contribute to team efforts through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
