About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with sales representatives to resolve customer issues
  • Provide support to product specialists and maintain a working knowledge of sales promotions
  • Manage customer consignment stock and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Manage faulty product claims and liaise with sales specialists and customers
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High ability to drive results
