Job Role

Senior Client Strategist

The role involves managing key client relationships and driving sales growth by delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

You will be responsible for building strong rapport with clients, understanding their business goals, and developing strategies to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in assigned accounts or sales territories.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on marketing, market research, sales management, industry trends, and the company's product offerings and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client service, to develop and present solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Interface with executive-level stakeholders at clients and internal partners to negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage client expectations, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Mentor less experienced team members on sales, account management, and negotiation skills.
  • Work collaboratively with global and regional account management teams to pursue multi-country opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of proven sales and account management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the company's core products, customer account management, and familiarity with its information solutions/services portfolio is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strength in collaboration, fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and process-driven work.
  • Business development experience and exceptional presentation skills to showcase solutions effectively.
  • Currently living in Australia with full-time, permanent working rights.
