Job Title

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated HR Project Team on a fixed-term contract. As an experienced HR professional, you will work closely with teams to review current practices, document processes, and embed them into day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for implementing HR processes, mapping 'as-is' processes, identifying efficiencies, creating standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and ease of use. You will liaise with teams across corporate and operational environments to ensure processes are realistic, relevant, and sustainable.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process improvement and project delivery within high-compliance, labour-intensive industries. They will have solid HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle and know what 'good' looks like, but also have the pragmatism to design solutions that are fit for purpose in a busy, operationally driven environment.

The successful candidate will have the skills to facilitate workshops, collaborate across functions, and turn complex HR requirements into simple, actionable steps. They will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will be able to make a direct and lasting impact in a values-driven organisation.
