Job Title: Guest Experience Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Experience Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences in our architecturally designed offices located in the heart of Melbourne CBD.

About the Role:

  • Support the Office Coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Manage boardroom and meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless coordination with guests.
  • Greet and assist guests, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
  • Perform administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, contributing to the smooth delivery of company events.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including Excel and Word.
