Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and achieve room revenue goals through online and phone reservations, pre-arrival to post departure experiences.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities, make reservations and recommendations on local areas.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Team and the Hotel's Front Office department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Success in a similar role and exposure to Front Office Reception and Reservations work.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and take pride in helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload.
  • An acute eye for detail and excellent administrative skills with the ability to pick up systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively.
  • Commitment to flexibility, including working mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude, a great person to work with, reliable, level-headed, organized with previous reservations experience preferred.
