Construction Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of large-scale construction projects.
This includes ensuring high standards, adherence to safety procedures, and effective management of resources.
They will also be responsible for monitoring work progress, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and communicating with the project management team to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Liaise with the project management team to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in Tier 1 or 2 construction.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise large construction projects from $70m upwards.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
