Job Title: Project Engineer

The role of a Project Engineer involves coordinating with stakeholders from various departments to provide construction input and updates.

  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Undertaking due diligence reviews and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities in design documentation and resolving them with stakeholders.
  • Developing construction staging and logistic plans, management strategies, and methodologies.
  • Creating design and construction programs.
  • Establishing construction preliminaries and supervision estimates.
  • Obtaining trade pricing and feedback for project budget development.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong programming and project planning abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Well-rounded experience across all project phases.
  • Consultant management experience is beneficial.
  • Previous experience as a Project Engineer (2+ years).
