Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, and manage construction projects within the Woolworths portfolio, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in store environments
Engage with stakeholders including renewal managers, contractors, and shopfitters
Manage project budgets, reporting, and forecasting
Oversee construction activities, contract finalization, and site safety
Manage contractor relationships and resolve on-site issues
Conduct project closeouts, quality inspections, and financial management
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Construction Project Management experience
Strong knowledge of construction management principles
Qualifications in Construction Management or related trade
Flexibility to travel for site visits
Construction white card and valid driver's license
Experience in retail or supermarket environments is desirable
Financial management skills, experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
