With a reputation built on trust, excellence, and delivery, we are continuing to expand and are now looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the commercial space.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in either Perth or Bunbury, offering the chance to work on a variety of high-quality builds within a supportive and driven team.

About the Role

As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project—from mobilisation through to construction and final handover. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to deliver on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle including mobilisation, execution, and de-mobilisation
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones
  • Coordinate all subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to meet program and quality targets
  • Control project costs and manage budget, claims, and variations
  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all aspects of delivery
  • Liaise with site teams to resolve operational issues and keep works on track
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates
  • Lead internal and external project meetings
  • Oversee final inspections, defect rectification, and handover
  • Ensure all documentation (including MDRs, IOMs, and As-Builts) is completed for close-out

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of construction programming, safety requirements, and commercial management
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cost control, and team leadership
  • Sound understanding of contractual and legislative requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • 5–7+ years in a similar PM role (ideally with remote or regional project experience)
  • White Card and relevant certifications
