To deliver exceptional construction projects, Fineform Concrete Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced project manager.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Provide on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' proven experience as a project manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
