About This Role:

We are seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to manage event operations, develop marketing strategies, and create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events including client events, product launches, student engagement initiatives, and sponsorships
  • Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing marketing initiatives and campaigns for new and existing products
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral and advertising materials in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and collaborate with them to ensure successful outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing or events related area (essential)
  • Proven event and project management experience (essential)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • High organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications (desirable)
