For over 25 years, Regprom has successfully coordinated themed and seasonal events, promotions, premiums, and point-of-sale management for major shopping centres across Australia. With immense creative resources, every event is carefully planned and executed with the attention to detail that comes from being a boutique specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing managers to understand event requirements
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for event briefs
  • Book and coordinate talent
  • Manage logistics and scheduling
  • Provide solutions and suggest best practices drawn from past events

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in event coordination/management
  • Proficiency in using Mac systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Passionate about growing and developing a career in marketing and events
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules
