Marketing Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for promoting our services and building relationships with new clients.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in executing successful events and developing marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services in line with industry standards
  • Build relationships and find new clients
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including industry conferences and product launches
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection and supplier coordination
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event objectives and agendas
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Event Coordination
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful events
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
