Event Marketing and Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Marketing and Management professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campus events, as well as providing timely and detailed reports on marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campus events, including open days, information sessions, workshops, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of key external events, including school career days/expos, industry events, and local sponsorship events.
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling content for promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in an educational or youth-oriented setting.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
