About Our Marketing Event Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing, PR & Events professional to join our team on a short-term contract. You will lead the planning and execution of our annual Beauty Awards, our most significant beauty event of the year.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver major customer-facing events, ensuring all aspects are executed to a high standard.
  • Cultivate public relations opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Partner with influencers to support campaign awareness and sales.
  • Provide comprehensive marketing support across ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

You Must Possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in organizing successful customer and media events.
  • Ability to generate public relations and media exposure.
  • Experience working with influencers and social campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and digital tools is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are advantageous.
