We are seeking a Commercial Order Support specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the order bank, coordinating with clients and designers, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage the order bank to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Coordinate with onsite clients to confirm product delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of back-orders and samples
  • Assist with estimations and quotes for customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in the construction or building industry (not essential)
  • Proficiency in using Cin7 software highly desirable
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
