Are you an HR professional seeking a challenging role where you can utilize your skills to drive business outcomes?
Job Description:We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational human resource and employee relations guidance and support to the site by partnering with and coaching line managers and supervisors in all areas of HR, ER, and IR.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR advice and support to site leaders to ensure effective management of the workforce.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Experience working with a blue-collar workforce is essential. Manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal skills where you can gain trust quickly and influence effectively.
- Highly analytical with advanced planning and time management skills.
- A successful and growing manufacturing and distribution business.
- Significant investment into the business to support the people strategy including new systems and group wide learning, training and organisational development initiatives.
- Collaboration with two specialist HR professionals on the site to support the role (L+D and Talent Acquisition).
- A rare opportunity in the region near Launceston, Tasmania.
- An attractive salary package on offer: $140,000-$150,000 plus superannuation.
- Site based role but some flexibility to work from home.
- Financial assistance on offer for relocation.
