This role is designed to lead and develop a team of professionals who are responsible for managing HR operations and maintaining accurate data on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • To manage day-to-day HR operations, including workflow processing and issue resolution.
  • Develop the capability of the People Central team to deliver high-quality services to customer departments and agencies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and effective communication.
  • Continuously review and improve current processes to identify best practices and resolve recurring customer issues.
About You
  • You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Be able to critically evaluate problems from multiple perspectives and deliver effective solutions.
  • Have experience in leading HR services teams and managing data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Prior experience in leading HR services teams to meet SLA requirements and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors (EC) for data accuracy and reporting.
