Key Role Summary:

This pivotal role is a high-impact position responsible for driving strategic growth, brand excellence, and commercial success through dynamic partnerships.

About the Opportunity:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to grow market share, achieve sales targets, and enhance consumer portfolio performance.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and category managers, to drive business results.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and shape actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align and execute business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and profitability in-store.
  • Monitor account performance, including forecasting, promotional ROI, and inventory management.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and market insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within FMCG/FMCH.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives.
