We are seeking a skilled senior software engineer with expertise in growth to play a pivotal role in driving product expansion and optimization.
Main Responsibilities- Lead growth engineering efforts by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing technology solutions aimed at accelerating product growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that contribute to the overall growth strategy.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation of performant backend to testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience leading developing new technology for established teams.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, familiarity with application development technologies (Web, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL) and experience in backend technologies (such as Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Experience in data-driven optimization, including familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
- Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth strategies, features, and user experiences, and iterating based on data-driven findings.
