Job Title: Distributor Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support, grow, and optimize our distributor relationships across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves promoting and developing local, regional, and worldwide programs, events, and incentives.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for identifying and developing current and new business opportunities to increase Herbalife's daily consumption models.
  • You will develop and manage all promotions for Australia & NZ, working closely with internal teams to cater for meetings, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
  • Your key performance indicators will include maximizing Nutrition Clubs and Fit Clubs as key daily consumption models, understanding the City by City approach, and establishing a network of support.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, develop, and implement strategies to increase Herbalife's daily consumption models.
  2. Develop and manage all promotions for Australia & NZ, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to cater for meetings, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.
  4. Possess an understanding of the City by City approach, including the business development stages activities including Deep Dive meetings.
  5. Establish a network of support and maintain effective relationships with distributors.
  6. Support Senior Manager in S&P, PT and TAB Team meetings as the Marketing Plan expert.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative Member solutions to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification in Business or a related field.
  • B2B experience is highly preferred, but not essential.
  • Possess an international outlook and be comfortable embracing multiculturalism.
  • Discipline and high motivation are essential for this role.
  • An activator who can construct business strategies and plans to reality.
  • Highly energetic and able to maintain calm amidst competing deliverables.
  • Uphold Integrity, Discipline, and Professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, internationally, and/or be away from home as applicable.
