Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Pre Sales Consultant in Perth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through inbound calls and communication of web-based quote request enquiries.

  • Qualifying incoming telephone sales enquiries and evaluating high-value opportunities
  • Providing relationship management services for valued opportunities from follow-through to completion
  • Preparing and sending quotes as requested
  • Collecting and entering move inspections/quotes in Navision/ProMove
  • FOLLOWING UP ALL LEADS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CONTACT TO CLIENT

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, experience working with corporate and consumer clients, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
